What shall be implemented into the contents of the employment agreement?

The new Labor Code effective from July, 2013 shall bring new a new approach with respect to employment agreements as the emphasis will be focused on the agreement of the parties fundamentally  - the expert of bpv JÁDI Németh Attorneys at Law, dr. Éva Fülöp pointed out in her lecture titled "What shall be implemented into the contents of the employment agreement” on the labour law conference held on Wednesday. Due to the changes it is also worth to consider what has to be implemented into a new employment agreement and what shall be the content of a valid employment agreement.
