In the tender we focused on our Labour Law E-Training Program for Executives. This highly innovative and qualitative product developed jointly with Innotica Group is the first of its kind in the field of law in Hungary. More than 50 multinationals have already tested this interactive online training tool and the executives of the companies evaluated it “extremely useful”, “practical” and “highly professional”.
The Program offers training to junior, senior and top managers in an understandable manner with the application of multimedia presentation tools while delivers essential knowledge on legal terms and conditions of employment quickly and efficiently to the employers. It processes the new Labour Code through interactive exercises, practical questions and business case studies that enable the users to almost unconsciously acquire an active and in-depth legal knowledge within a short time. The number of users with access to the Labour Law E-Training site has already exceeded 3,000.
“Managers are highly motivated to participate in our training program, since they are able to acquire within a couple of hours the basics of labour law that is essential for their day-to-day decision-making. Our case studies focusing on typical management mistakes can effectively prevent significant legal and compliance risks.” – added Dr Zoltán Csedő, managing partner of Innotica Group, a leading European knowledge enterprise and developer of the online training program.
The package consists of three modules including 1 an interactive ‘learning by playing scheme’ covering General Provisions from an Executive Point of View, including Personal rights, Freedom of expression and the set of provisions and practical tips on Legal Declarations with an essential “Good to know” section. Module 2 guides through the topics of Working Hours (including Uninterrupted and Multiple Shifts), Rest period and Holidays. Module 3 offers the real Executive Edge as it discusses The Most Typical Executives’ Mistakes in form of tailor-made case studies.
In order to best serve the market needs, we have been developing company-, sector- and topic-specific extra modules for our clients. Also, responding to the demand of the users, the programbesides Hungarian, is available in English, too.
