Dr. István Nagyházi has more than two decades of experience in middle and senior management positions in the natural gas and electricity sectors. He started his career at the Hungarian Competition Authority, then was a lawyer for MOL Plc., the legal director of Földgázsválló Zrt., the director of MVM Zrt., and a lawyer for the Ministry for Innovation and Technology, where he participated in the management of complex cross-border and domestic natural gas infrastructure projects. He played an important role in building the legal and professional structure of the gas capacity trading exchange. In addition, István actively supported – in a leadership position – the establishment and control of organisational functioning of large companies, the building of company process control systems, and the implementation of group integration and energy regulation projects.
