Legal Breakfast on the Future of Electronic Communication

We recently hosted a business breakfast at our office under the title “Quo Vadis Electronic Communication”, focusing on the legal and technical aspects of electronic invoicing.

The event was opened by Andrea Jádi Németh, followed by a detailed presentation from our colleagues Dr. Adrienne Mátés and Dr. Márton Kondi. The discussion placed particular emphasis on the regulatory changes entering into force on 1 July 2025, the legal definitions surrounding electronic invoices, the evidentiary issues related to delivery, and the increasing demands of archiving and data protection.

Our professional perspective was complemented by Balázs Ángyán, representing our partner Számlázz.hu, who brought valuable real-world experience and practical insights into the everyday challenges of digital invoicing.

Thanks to the active engagement of our participants, the breakfast evolved into a meaningful professional dialogue — beyond the interpretation of legal frameworks, many concrete questions and practical concerns were also addressed.
