Regulatory & Governmental affairs

The regulatory and legal environment is becoming increasingly complex, and regulatory issues are of major importance to businesses. We are able to effectively rely on the social embeddedness and legislative experience of the law firm, accompanied by its ability and position to represent both private and public interests, when dealing with authorities and sector regulators.

We act for clients in the broadest variety of industries and have experience in representing companies in diverse administrative procedures (including time-efficient registration of separate start-up entities with corporate and financial supervisory authorities); in obtaining official licenses for various activities; in full coverage of tax remedy procedures (appeals, supervisory measures); in IP registration procedures in the territory of Hungary and internationally; as well as in immigration assistance (visa, residency permit) to assignees and employees of clients.
