Ádám Poncsák is a paralegal at bpv JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law, who obtained his absolutorium and has been strengthening our team since 2024. During his university studies, Ádám participated in several prestigious legal trainings and projects in Hungarian, English, and German. One of the most outstanding of these was the 2023 edition of Hugo Sinzheimer International Labour Law Moot Court Competition in English, where the Hungarian team - for the first time in the competition's history - reached the semifinals and the finals, eventually earning a silver medal, with our colleague outperforming students from Europe’s top universities. Ádám is a native speaker of Hungarian and English, speaks German at an intermediate level, and Chinese at a basic level. At bpv JÁDI NÉMETH, he works in the fields of corporate law, competition law, labour law, and dispute resolution.

• Law student, who completed his absolutorium in 2025 at the Eötvös Loránd University - Faculty of Law
• Completed the Netzwerk Ost-West Sommeruniversität in 2024 in Germany, which is a civil law and AI-focused program held in German and jointly organized by the Humboldt University of Berlin and the Eötvös Loránd University
• Successfully completed the Energy Academy in 2023, launched by JÖSZ, focusing on energy law and related areas of civil law
• In 2022 he spent an Erasmus semester in Sweden’s capital city at Stockholm University, deepening his knowledge in international and EU labour law in English
